Sanaita utilizes the services of reputed courier service providers for offering shipping in India
Sanaita offers free shipping within India on all products offered. You only pay the value of the ordered product
We strive to ensure timely delivery of Domestic orders within 5-7 days in India to most of the cities
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouse. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style or are to be customized, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email/whatsapp.
Usually for most of the locations we offer 96-120 hour delivery. Add the shipping times to the 24 hour as order processing period. Items are only delivered on business days.
SHIPPING
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Website’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
Termination
The Terms of Use will continue to apply until terminated by Website as set forth below. Website may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or anyway otherwise acted unethically. If Website terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Website may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Website will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, replacement or eVoucher (3 months validity) is available.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
Exchange is allowed with the same or different products
Return Intimation: You can either Email Us at [email protected] within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
Guidelines for a valid return:
Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
Tags should be retained and returned
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
